Nursing Home Personnel Well-being programme

– Nursing homes and care homes are increasingly necessary, they nevertheless remain challenging environments where staff burnout and turnover are high.
© is an evidence-based training programme designed to increase eldercare direct care worker well-being.
This is a 6-module programmes that can be delivered:
– Face-to-face: 6 half-days over 3, 6 or 9 months (i.e. 1 half-day every 2, 4 or 6 weeks according to staff availability).
– Live online: 12 two-hour sessions over 12 to 24 weeks (i.e. 1 two-hour session every week or every two weeks according to staff availability).
– Blended online: 18 bite-sized (15-20 min.) self-paced learning videos + 6 two-hour live online group sessions over 12 to 24 weeks according to staff availability.
