It consists in the fact that, on the one hand, you can keep a diary, recording in it really important and noticeable efforts, comments to yourself and others, the most important events and those ideas and thoughts that you managed to come to in the past day or days. On the other hand, such a wonderful tool as timekeeping is becoming no less interesting. This is a record of all your affairs and actions throughout the day with an accuracy of up to 5 minutes, or even up to one minute, if it is interesting in such an accurate format. As a result of fixation, after some time it becomes known exactly what exactly takes most of the time, where the energy resources go, what exactly a person does and what he spends his life on. Such a study clearly shows those “holes” that need to be carefully closed in life, not allowing energy to go into a lot of meaningless and useless activities.
Self-exploration should also be accompanied by silent self-immersion and the identification of deep thoughts, emotions, repressed experiences that can shape life strategy, behavior, attitude towards others and other important moments of human existence.
