Dead Mines (2012). Review
The movie "Dead Mines" is not really a horror movie, it's more of an adventure story, but the creators still insist that it's an Indonesian horror. Even the phrase itself makes you smile, let alone the plot itself, but still.
A group of hunters who want to take possession of Yamashita's treasures sets off on a randomly obtained clue to meet their goal. Along the way, they don't end up at the gold burial site, but in an abandoned bunker that has been preserved since the Second World War. The most interesting thing is that this place will not be so forgotten.
Indonesian-made films don't reach our audience very often, but this time, like the famous "Raid", we have the honor to get acquainted with "Dead Mines". In general, this film is dynamic, with a completely adequate plot, but the problem is that we have already seen all these abandoned mines and bunkers, and more than once. That is why the viewer is already pre-tuning in to a not too interesting film, believing that now he will be shown an analogue of what he already knows. This is partly true, but! The director tried to make the story of his characters real and interesting for the viewer, and therefore we see a fairly dynamic and exciting film, albeit with a familiar plot.
"Dungeon of the Dead" 2012 is worth watching online, and it doesn't matter if you're an amateur filmmaker with or without experience. The thing is that Indonesian cinema is a bit closed to us, although the world knows some of the movie masterpieces produced there. Therefore, each release of a new painting should be noted for yourself in some way, in order to understand for the future how much you are interested in works with such a specific character peculiar to this country.
